Hospitality and Fine Dining Assistant Manager – London

Pay: £ 35,913
Hours: Monday–Friday

We’re seeking an organised, personable and proactive Hospitality and Fine Dining Assistant Manager to support the smooth running of our hospitality and fine dining service in London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, brings strong attention to service detail, and delivers a consistently positive experience for clients and guests.

What you’ll do:
  • Support the daily operation of hospitality and fine dining services, ensuring high standards at all times.
  • Work closely with the management team to maintain efficient workflows and service excellence.
  • Leading, developing, and motivating a passionate team, including rota planning, recruitment and training
  • Assist with financial duties such as stock control, ordering and basic cost monitoring.
  • Help drive engagement initiatives and contribute creative ideas to enhance the guest experience.
  • Build and maintain professional, friendly relationships with clients and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance, safety and operational procedures are consistently upheld.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in hospitality supervision or a similar customer-focused role. Ideally with a restaurant background.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • A personable, confident communicator who delivers excellent client-facing service.
