What you'll be doing
  • Supporting senior consultants with candidate resourcing, shortlisting and CV preparation
  • Managing job adverts and assisting with marketing campaigns
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Building relationships with candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn networking
  • Assisting with database management and general administration
  • Progressing towards taking on your own vacancies and client accounts
Location

Clifton, Bristol (Hybrid - full‑time) legal recruitment across all practice areas. Clients: Magic Circle to boutique firms. Scope: Nationwide.
