About the Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial team on allocated projects. Reporting to the Managing Surveyor, you’ll assist with the day‑to‑day management of commercial activities, ensuring projects are delivered in line with company and client expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and develop your skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets and cost plans.
• Support in the preparation of tender documents and procurement processes.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate financial records.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Con Ut to continuous improvement initiatives within the commercial team.

About You

• Degree‑qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in a similar role within construction or fit‑out projects.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining compliance and quality standards.
