Salary: £29,000 - £30,000

On behalf of a specialist disability charity, CureYourSearch are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to support the Registered Manager in providing leadership and operational support to an excellent staff team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to meet the needs of adults with a range of complex learning disabilities.

Working with a dynamic, caring and supportive team, this role is more than just a job; it’s a chance to be part of a dedicated team that stands alongside individuals with disabilities, helping them to live fulfilled and independent lives.

Candidate
  • Experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader, working with adults with learning disabilities
  • Residential care experience would be ideal, but is not essential
  • NVQ Level 4 in health and social care, or the willingness to undertake the qualification
  • Passionate about providing person-centered care to individuals living with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
