Main duties and responsibilities
  • As part of the Guest Services team you will provide a courteous, efficient and pro‑active service to all guests in line with The Emory and LQA/Forbes standards.
  • Work discreetly to follow the "guest journey" and coordinate with all relevant departments to create a flawless and hassle‑free guest experience.
  • To collaborate and coordinate with the Guest Services Team and ensure all guests requests are actioned
  • To ensure maximum comfort for our guests whilst maintaining a positive reputation for The Emory
