Assistant Finance Officer

Location: Orchard Street, Lincoln, LN1 1YL
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 4+ Months
Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 12.21 per hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle calls and emails.
  • Assist with customer inquiries related to credit and care charges.
  • Send invoices, process payments, and manage adjustments.
  • Forward queries and track responses.
  • Collaborate on recovery actions or write-offs.
  • Refer complex cases to a senior controller.
  • Contact debtors to assess finances.
  • Report issues to a senior controller.
  • Review invoices and reminders for quality.
  • Advise on debt recovery.
  • Prepare cases for court action.
  • Support managers in solving problems.
Person Specifications
Must Have
  • Customer service experience.
