About the Company

Our client is a well-established construction contractor operating across the Midlands, with a strong reputation in Civil Engineering and Groundworks. They deliver projects typically ranging from £1m - £10m, covering commercial, residential, and infrastructure schemes across Birmingham and the surrounding region.

Responsibilities

• Support the pre-construction team on multiple live tenders.
• Prepare take-offs and assist with cost advice.
• Contribute to high-quality tender submissions for RC Frame and Groundworks projects across Birmingham and the Midlands.
• Report to the Senior Estimator and the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years\' experience within RC Frame and Groundworks Estimating or Quantity Surveying.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to support multiple tenders at once.
• Working knowledge of standard construction contracts.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
