A leading eCommerce brand in Cheltenham is seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to lead email marketing initiatives and oversee paid search and social activities. In this hands-on role, you will manage the end-to-end email lifecycle with Klaviyo and contribute to performance optimization strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, analytical skills, and proven experience in CRM. This premium DTC fashion brand is on an exciting growth journey and is investing heavily in its digital channels to drive customer engagement and revenue. With a strong focus on email marketing, data-led decision making and performance optimisation, the business offers a collaborative, ambitious environment where digital marketing plays a central role in commercial success. This is a 12-month maternity cover, based at the brand’s UK head office, working closely with ecommerce, marketing and agency partners.
This is a hands-on Assistant Digital Marketing Manager position with end-to-end ownership of email marketing alongside oversight of paid search and paid social activity.
You’ll lead the full email lifecycle using Klaviyo - from campaign planning and build through to testing, deployment and performance analysis - ensuring campaigns are highly targeted, on brand and commercially effective. You’ll also play a key role in developing segmentation strategies, loyalty communications and always-on optimisation across email and SMS.
Alongside CRM, you’ll manage the relationship with external paid media specialists, contributing to strategy, performance optimisation and ROI across paid search and paid social. As a senior member of the team, you’ll also line manage Digital Marketing Executives and support wider trading, forecasting and campaign planning discussions.
