  • Good organisational skills and can manage multiple projects.

  • Knowledge of residential development or a willingness to learn.
  • An eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • A valid full UK driving licence.

The practical bits
  • You’ll work Monday to Friday
  • We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home
  • You will also be required to travel and carry out site visits across our new build schemes.
