As an Assistant Contracts Manager, you will support contract performance and compliance across public sector PFI projects, working alongside Contracts Managers and Senior Contracts Managers. This role will work with six clients across the Leeds and West Yorkshire area.
You'll analyse KPIs, build strong client relationships, review contractor performance and help resolve service delivery issues. The role also includes working with our in-house Support Desk team, helping to capture live issues and resolve them on behalf of our clients. Our compliance and analytical approach is supplemented by a practical, hands-on service model, allowing you to build strong working relationships with our clients and giving them confidence in the service we provide.
What you'll be doing:
No two days will be the same, and no two clients are the same. One moment, you might be helping resolve a heating provision problem, and the next, you could be supporting the mitigation of a Safeguarding issue.
You will be a confident, values-driven communicator who can build trust quickly, hold your own in challenging conversations, and bring people with you through clarity, empathy, and conviction.
