Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, this role supports the day-to-day delivery of our global content strategy and will work across a wide range of projects with internal teams, regional stakeholders, and creative partners. You’ll bring our products to life through high-quality, engaging content for product pages, educational and inspirational hubs, and social-first storytelling.
You’ll be central to planning and delivering content for new product launches across key global regions, supporting shoots, working closely with our in-house creative team (@mplify), and ensuring every asset aligns with brand guidelines and eCommerce best practices. From annotating imagery and videos to managing content calendars and evaluating performance, your fingerprints will be all over content that informs, inspires, and converts.
You’ll also get hands-on experience using CMS tools to ensure our assets are accessible and properly deployed, support the creation of global toolkits and playbooks, and play an active role in building a strong community of local content champions across regions. As part of our evolution, you’ll also have the opportunity to explore new technologies including generative AI for content creation.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and has a strong eye for what makes content truly connect. With a background in content creation and a clear understanding of what works across digital channels, you’ll be confident briefing agencies, managing creative projects, and delivering assets that make a tangible impact. You understand the nuances of tailoring content to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, and you're constantly inspired by evolving digital trends.
Creative yet organised, you can juggle multiple projects while keeping an eye on the bigger picture – brand consistency, commercial outcomes, and content performance. You’ll be collaborative, full of initiative, and enjoy working with both creatives and marketers to bring ideas to life. An interest in home living, food, or interior styling is a bonus, and your attention to detail is second to none.
