Qualifications

• Experience ideally gained from a major contractor or client organisation in the UK.
• Knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, supervision, and delivery of civil engineering projects.
• Produce contract specifications and tender documentation.
• Liaise with contractors to resolve issues promptly.

Skills

Extensive knowledge of building and civil engineering construction methods

Good working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations

Ability to work independently and within a team

Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Education

Degree qualified or HNC / equivalent with suitable experience
