Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices and resolve queries.
  • Raise customer invoices and manage aged debt.
  • Chase outstanding payments and maintain records.
  • Verify timesheets for payroll processing.
  • Download and manipulate financial data for analysis.
  • Produce reports and identify trends using Excel.

Fareham | Permanent | Free Parking | Study Support for AAT Qualification

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Purchase Ledger: Processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, resolving queries
  • Sales Ledger: Raising customer invoices, allocating payments, managing aged debt
  • Credit Control: Chasing outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records
  • Payroll Support: Obtaining and verifying timesheets for payroll processing
  • Data Management: Downloading and manipulating financial data for reporting and analysis
  • Analytics: Using Excel to produce reports, identify trends, and support decision-making
Requirements
  • Education: AAT qualified
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a varied finance role
  • Strong knowledge of Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Confident using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables in Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
