Qualifications

What you'll do day to day
  • Assist with monitoring budgets, coordinating departmental returns, and preparing monthly management accounts.
  • Support the preparation of accounts up to audit level, including year-end returns.
  • Provide department leaders with accurate and timely financial information.
  • Oversee elements of the accounts administration function to ensure records are maintained to required standards.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency within the finance function.
Helpful skills and qualifications

  • Part-qualified accountant (AAT/ACCA/CIMA), ideally with experience in the automotive industry.
  • Previous experience working as an Assistant Accountant.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Confident IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
