A housing organization in Ipswich is seeking an Asset Management Surveyor to support the upkeep and improvement of property assets. This role includes conducting inspections and ensuring properties remain safe and compliant. Ideal candidates will have social housing experience and a professional background in surveying. As an integral part of Orwell's Asset Management team, you will be responsible for supporting the upkeep and improvement of property assets by carrying out thorough inspections, including but not limited to stock condition, void properties, damp and mould, dilapidations, and disrepairs.
This role plays a key part in delivering the Asset Management Strategy, helping to ensure that all properties remain safe, compliant, and ready for future investment.
