Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing industry/engineering environment.
• Proven ability to achieve targets and manage budgets.
• Understanding of TPM/Lean, health & safety, employment, quality and hygiene legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and motivate the engineering team.
• Manage and support maintenance team activities.
• Ensure Planned Maintenance activities are carried out.
• Track and report on maintenance budget.
