Qualifications

• Qualified in a STEM discipline at HNC/HND level, or possessing equivalent operational experience.
• Capable of working toward Incorporated Engineer status with a recognised professional institute.
• Sound understanding of asset management principles.
• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and identify key system components.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering Asset integration activities for major site & infrastructure projects.
• Managing the asset lifecycle from RIBA 1-7 and ensuring maintainability.
• Liaising with and managing key stakeholders within the project.

Skills

Qualified in a STEM discipline at HNC/HND level

Capable of working toward Incorporated Engineer status

Sound understanding of asset‑management principles

Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships

Ability to interpret engineering drawings

Education

HNC/HND level qualification in STEM
