We are keen to meet candidates who have a working knowledge of property maintenance services with the ability to analyse complex data from multiple sources and make clear evidence-based recommendations. This role engages directly with our branches as part of a central team, providing insight into operational and commercial performance.
Mears provides and manages 17,000 homes for local and central Government and are also responsible for keeping 750,000 social housing homes in the UK in good repair. Mears has 5,400 employees and a footprint across the country.
This year Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) have awarded Mears Group the new Housing Repairs and Maintenance Works and Services contract for five years.
Over the past nine years, our colleagues in Milton Keynes have provided an excellent service to customers living in 11,000 MKCC properties, this new contract award is a testament of the great work already happening at Mears.

We are looking for an Asset, Data, and Insight Manager to support & monitor contract compliance across our social housing repairs & maintenance business.
