Job Title: Assembly Operative

Contract Type: Temporary, with potential to be offered a permanent contract if you get on well.

Working hours: Monday & Tuesday, 6am-3:45pm; Wednesday & Thursday, 6am-4pm.

Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical assembly of products according to blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions
  • Use a variety of hand tools safely and effectively
  • Follow written and verbal instructions with precision
  • Inspect finished products for quality, identifying and reporting any defects
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet targets
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation
