About the Role

Assembly Team Member

Role overview

You will be responsible for assembling cartridge valves to approved standards, following company processes and quality procedures. This role involves working as part of a team to maintain high-quality output, ensuring a clean and safe workplace, and supporting continuous improvement activities.

Shifts & Hours
  • Afternoon shift (standard):
    • Monday Thursday: 1pm – 9pm
    • Friday: 1pm – 8pm
  • Flexibility required to occasionally cover or permanently move to morning shifts if needed.
Pay & Benefits
  • Base rate: GBP12.31 per hour
  • Shift allowance: % for hours worked outside core business hours
  • Overtime rates:
    • Midweek Overtime: GBP18.47
    • Weekends: GBP24.62
