• Experience in manual build and assembly of complex, high-precision mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Accountable mindset - you own the quality and delivery of your work.
• Experience inspecting and testing assemblies to specification.
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to rapid changes.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.

We\'re recruiting for a fast-growing autonomous robotics company that\'s revolutionizing warehouse intelligence. They design and build their robots in-house, and they need skilled Assembly & Build Technicians to join their electro-mechanical production team.

Responsibilities

• Assembling complex electro-mechanical subsystems and complete robots
• Working from technical drawings, work instructions, and assembly procedures
• Inspecting, testing, and signing off completed assemblies
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving on the workshop floor
• Contributing to continuous improvement and R&D projects
• Supporting the wider team to hit ambitious deadlines

This isn\'t production line work - it\'s proper technical assembly where attention to detail matters and every robot you build gets shipped globally.

Essential:

• Experience in manual build and assembly of complex, high-precision mechanical and electrical systems
