Job summary

A leading manufacturer in Redditch is seeking an Electrical Assembler with proven experience in electrical assembly and electronics production. The ideal candidate will have skills in soldering, wiring, and crimping, as well as the ability to interpret electrical specifications. This role offers the opportunity to work in a custom-built facility on an early shift, with a temporary to permanent position based on a successful probationary period.

Job description

Electrical Assembler required to join a growing, Redditch based Manufacturer. The role will suit someone who has proven experience within electrical assembly or electronics production from a bench type environment.

To succeed in the Electrical Assembler role the ideal candidate will have the ability to carry out the following tasks, based on previous experience in a similar role:

• Soldering / Heat Shrinking
• Wiring / Crimping
• Use of hand & air tools
• Potting
• Interpret electrical specifications & drawings
• Use of PCB boards (preferred)

In return, an opportunity to work in a superb, custom built manufacturing facility on an early shift with an earlier finish on Friday. The role the role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis, based upon the satisfactory completion of an initial probationary period.
