A leading HR consultancy in Birmingham is seeking an AskHR Advisor to provide first-class customer service and support for all HR-related queries. You will manage HR enquiries through various communication channels, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with policies. Candidates should have a recognized HR qualification and strong IT skills. This full-time, fully remote role offers a competitive hourly rate of 14.29, flexible benefits, and a collaborative team environment.

Our Employee Services team plays a vital role in supporting the business, line managers and employees with all aspects of HR. Within Employee Services, the AskHR team acts as the HR face of the business, delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience while ensuring all policy, compliance and legislative requirements are met.
As an AskHR Advisor, you will be part of a collaborative team providing first-class customer service and acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries. You will support employees and managers via Live Chat, telephone and email, using a ticketing system to manage and resolve enquiries efficiently.
