Job description

Our client is a well-regarded asbestos consultancy providing a range of asbestos services to a nationwide client base. Due to a recent expansion, they are now looking to recruit a committed and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the Portsmouth area. The ideal applicant will hold the P402 asbestos certificate and will be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveying duties on a range of site types. Consideration will be given to applications from Southampton, Basingstoke, Andover, and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Attained the P402 asbestos certificate or equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Previous experience of asbestos surveying within the industry.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
• Well-versed with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties both commercial and industrial.
• Consulting and liaising with clients at all levels.
• Building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients.
• Collating and producing accurate, comprehensive asbestos reports.
