Overview

Our client is a leading consultancy in the asbestos industry who provide asbestos and environmental services to clients across the UK. They are currently seeking a hard-working and professional Asbestos Surveyor based in the Birmingham area to join their successful team. The ideal applicant will hold the P402 asbestos surveying certificate and will be able to demonstrate their experience and knowledge carrying out technical asbestos surveys on commercial and industrial sites. Applications from Walsall, Solihull, Halesowen, Tamworth, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must hold the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Experience working in a surveying role within the asbestos industry.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fully conversant with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
• Competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Role Responsibilities

• Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial and industrial.
• Producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
• Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
