Job description

Due to continued success this established asbestos consultancy with a large portfolio of clients is looking to recruit a competent Asbestos Surveyor in the Aylesbury area. The successful applicant will hold the P402 asbestos certificate and will have experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a range of site types. Consideration will be given to applications from Oxford, Reading, Slough, and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Must have attained the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
  • Must have surveying experience in the asbestos industry.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft office package.
Duties of the role
  • Conducting Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, including domestic and commercial.
  • Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
  • Building a strong relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
