A leading Asbestos/Environmental Consultancy in the UK seeks an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst / Project Manager. Responsibilities include performing full surveying and analytical duties across various sites. Candidates must have BOHS qualifications and experience in a UKAS accredited company, alongside excellent management and communication skills. A hands-on approach is essential, and the role includes conducting training for clients.

Qualifications

• Will hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 and/or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
• Experience carrying out surveying and analytical duties for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Company.
• In-depth knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
• Holding CoCA/CCP qualification would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 4 stage clearances.
• Perform air testing: leak, smoke, background, re-occupation, and personal.
• Conduct ACM sampling and re-inspection surveys.
• Manage refurbishment and demolition surveys.
• Produce quotations and tenders for clients.
• Conduct training for new and existing clients.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to employ an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst / Project Manager. You will be working on Healthcare, Industrial, Local Authority, Retail, and Leisure sites, carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties. You will also be managing and maintaining various projects and carrying out training on site for new and existing clients. Overall, they are looking for a candidate who is an ‘all‑rounder’ with excellent hands‑on experience as well as the ability to efficiently manage people and contracts.
