After a recent increase in business, this established asbestos company is recruiting a hard‑working and experienced Asbestos Analyst based in and around the Romford area. The role offers an excellent opportunity for a polished and self‑motivated Asbestos Site Analyst to expand their experience on prestigious commercial and industrial sites.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must have attained the P403 and P404 certificates or an equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Experience in air‑monitoring within the asbestos industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A good working knowledge of asbestos health & safety legislation.
• Competent in using the Microsoft Office package.
• Consideration will be given to applications from London, Dartford, Basildon, Bromley, and surrounding areas.
• Knowledge of P401/P402/P403/P404/P404 or S301 CCP is an added advantage.

Role

• Undertaking asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4‑stage clearances and re‑occupation and personal air testing.
• Ensuring contractors on site are working in strict accordance with asbestos health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining a professional working relationship with clients.
• Collating and producing comprehensive reports.
