We are a well‑established asbestos company offering high‑quality asbestos surveying, removal and demolition services. We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Operations Manager based in the Oxfordshire area. Applications from Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and surrounding regions will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Must possess P402/P403/P404 certificates or equivalent RSPH or S301/CCP qualifications.
  • Experience working in this role within the asbestos industry.
  • Strong technical/office/management/sales/accounts/consultancy/operational background.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Fully conversant with asbestos health & safety procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Role Responsibilities
  • Manage, develop and train a team of surveyors/analysts/staff.
  • Deal with invoices, maintain personnel records, spreadsheets, update databases and produce management plans and quotations.
  • Oversee administrative staff, ensure contract operations are coordinated with clients and carried out effectively.
  • Produce accurate asbestos reports, method statements, risk assessments and associated site paperwork.
  • Assist in the production of tenders and quotations.
  • Attend sites and carry out audits – report analytical findings.
  • Ensure projects are completed within specified time scales.
  • Run the operations side of the business – office, site staff and clients on a daily basis.
  • Comply with all quality and technical procedures in regards to asbestos.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with the company’s large portfolio of clients.
  • Develop new business leads, taking the business to the next step.
