A leading Asbestos Consultancy is seeking an organised Asbestos Administrator / Coordinator for their office in Southend-on-Sea. Qualifications

  • Must have proven experience working as an Administrator / Coordinator within an Asbestos Consultancy.
  • Good working knowledge of the Asbestos industry and process.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the successful delivery of Asbestos services to a variety of clients.
  • Proof‑reading and editing asbestos reports and documents, and issuing to clients.
  • Processing incoming enquiries from clients (via telephone and email).
  • Arranging appointments and projects for site staff, including Surveyors and Analysts.
  • Monitoring the progress of contracts, ensuring deadlines are met.

Skills

Strong organisational skills
Confident communicator
Proficient in using IT software

Education

Industry qualifications such as: BOHS P401, P402, or RSPH equivalents
