Qualifications

  • Must have experience working with pupils who are autistic.
  • Should be able to communicate using various methods for non-verbal pupils.
  • Experience managing challenging behavior is required.
  • Flexibility to teach pupils aged 4 to 11 is necessary.
  • Creativity in lesson delivery is important.
  • Familiarity with autism strategies like TEACCH is required.
