A government department in Gillingham is seeking a Training Evaluation Manager to oversee training standards and manage evaluation functions. Responsibilities include providing data analysis, leading a small team, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure effectiveness in training delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of training evaluation methods and management skills.
This position provides pivotal support and evidence to training development and continuity, ensuring training standards are maintained and continually improved. You will report on training delivery and training support including the measurement and recording of trainee outcomes providing evidence and advice on trainee performance. You will be expected to understand the wider impact of your team’s activities within learning environment and the wider MOD. You will be responsible for keeping your own knowledge up to date.
