Overview

Located within the training Battery, the ITT courses coordinator is a key role within the 14 Regimental Operations team and Initial Trade Training arena working directly with the Battery and Ops Team. Responsible for the tracking of ITT training and providing the Chain of Command /Battery's with training statistical data and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage TAFMIS (the military courses data tracking platform) regarding inflow, courses, and outflow of ITT Trainees
• Manage the data entry, analysis and presentation of ITT information with the ITT Warrant Officer for the Chain of Command
• Provide data and manage the required data for Assurance inspections (OFSTED and 2nd/3rd party Audits)
• Liaise with Basic training establishments to manage, record and forecast the inflow of Trainees to ITT
• Liaise with 1st and 24 Battery with regards to inflow, outflow of ITT, and ITT matters
• Tracking and recording of ITT Instructors training qualifications and continuous training records
• Competent understanding of data Analysis and Microsoft Excel
• Maintain a good working relationship with the Regimental Headquarters, Battery, Field Army and Army Training Regiments
