Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Area Sales Representative to join a fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of decorative walls, facade claddings, floorings, and skirtings. This is a field sales role focused on business development and client acquisition across the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

Promote product categories including facade claddings, floors, skirtings, and decorative walls.

Implement trade policies, distribution strategies, and marketing plans within the assigned area.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and other B2B/B2C channels.

Retain existing customers and actively attract new clients to achieve sales targets.

Drive sales performance and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years experience in sales within the interior design, building materials, or technical products sector (B2B or B2C).

Experience in ceramic tiles, flooring, or wallpaper is preferred.

Strong goal orientation, negotiation skills, and communication abilities.

English proficiency (oral and written) at intermediate or higher level.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the assigned territory.

Proven ability to manage at least 20 active B2B clients and achieve 50% of monthly sales target by the 3rd month.
