Area Sales Manager - Window and Door Hardware

South England, £50,000 - £55,000 basic + 20% bonus + company car

The Role

This is an account development role within an established and high‑performing territory across the South of England. You will manage 110 fabricator accounts which already return sales of £3.5m per year. It will be up to you to increase wallet share within your customer base, selling their premium product and delivering product demonstrations and engaging in technical discussions as part of the sales process to customers who already know and trust the brand. Three days in the field and two sales admin days per week.

This is a consultative, value‑led sale, focused on technical differentiation rather than price.

The Ideal Candidate

We are open to candidates who are currently selling to window and door fabricators OR a construction sales professional selling a high‑value, technical building product to an end‑user or manufacturing customer base, where product demonstration forms part of the sales process.

The Rewards

£50,000 - £55,000 basic salary, uncapped bonus, company car and a large number of ancillary benefits.
