Master Builders Solutions, a leader in construction chemicals, is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you''ll be at the forefront of driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. You will focus on applying your product and technical know-how and experience to offer best in class solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • The key focus for this role is to deliver profitable sales growth of concrete admixture systems in the construction market across the Southwest and Southcoast of England, to achieve sales and strategy targets in line with the business goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in our current customer base, utilising CRM to identify and develop new business in line with agreed sales targets.
  • In addition, you will be expected to build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady stream of new business prospects and sales conversions
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager, and other team members to support our key national accounts in your territory, ensuring our customers receive the best possible solutions and service.
  • Leverage your in-depth technical knowledge of concrete, and our product range, to offer innovative solutions that enhance our customers\' products and drive our sales growth
  • Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all processes are followed, maintaining high standards of customer service and safety
Requirements
  • Previous experience with technical based enquiries, within a construction sales role is preferred
  • You will need to have a sound technical understanding of concrete to support our customers with the development of existing and future innovation, together with product development
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build, and maintain, a professional network, and confidently engage in diverse environments
  • A strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of the construction industry and local market
  • Candidates must have the right to work within the UK, and live within the Southwest or Southcoast region of England
