Overview

Area Sales Manager – Essex and surrounding areas. Full Time, 40 Hours Per Week. Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience (OTE £50,000 - £55,000). Working at the Purfleet depot with responsibility for Essex and the surrounding area. An exciting role with a well-established company specialising in the hire, sale, and maintenance of Forklift Trucks and other Materials Handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selling new and used equipment and service contracts.
  • Cold calling and canvassing, both on the phone and in the field.
  • Promoting and demonstrating the company's product range within the agreed territory.
  • Making sales and introduction appointments with new and existing clients.
  • Updating information in the CRM database.
  • Compiling and delivering sales proposals to customers and prospects.
  • Collaborating with the manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives for the territory.
