An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architectural Technologist to become part of our expanding Architectural team at ESA Architecture based in our Cardiff office.
You will be required to realize preliminary designs into a buildable solution involving all aspects of architectural delivery and coordinating detailed information across all disciplines and providing a first point of contact to the site delivery team. There will also be a requirement to address package procurement and programming in accordance with design deliverables, responding to technical queries, reviewing sub-contractor information, attending and leading Design Team and Coordination Meetings, supporting the Contractor during the build and to liaise with management on a monthly basis reporting on the status of the project.
You must have the ability to work well as part of an integrated design team and be capable of working without direct supervision.
