Architectural Technician - Contract - Birmingham (Revit)

You like getting stuff built. You turn design intent into clear, build-ready information. If that sounds like you, there s a contract seat open in a Birmingham studio working across live residential and commercial schemes. You ll join an experienced project team and slot straight into Revit production. You ll take ownership of technical packages and coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors, so information lands right first time. You ll handle RFIs, tidy models, and keep drawings consistent and issue-ready. You ll work in Revit daily. You ll have access to people who know their projects, make quick decisions, and a steady pipeline so you can focus on delivery. You ll see progress fast and know exactly how your work moves a project forward.

Architectural Technician experience needed: You use Revit confidently on live projects. You re strong on detailing and documentation. You communicate clearly with PMs, architects and consultants, and you re comfortable owning deadlines.
