An established and design:led architectural studio with a strong reputation for delivering distinctive, high:quality projects is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join their growing Norwich team. With extensive experience across multiple sectors, the practice is celebrated for combining creative design thinking with technical expertise to deliver projects that consistently exceed client aspirations. The appointed Senior Architectural Technician will take an integral role in developing and delivering a wide range of schemes, including residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and heritage projects.

Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively within a multi:disciplinary team to progress projects from concept through to completion.
• Producing comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and build process.
• Supporting the delivery of innovative, sustainable design solutions that balance creativity with practicality.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• Experienced Senior Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD (experience with other design software beneficial).
• Excellent technical and construction knowledge, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear communicator with effective collaboration and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and solution-driven with a proactive approach.
