The candidate must have proven experience with at least 50 planning applications in the UK and a strong understanding of UK planning policies. Key responsibilities include preparing Revit and AutoCAD drawings, managing planning applications, and conducting planning research. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in Revit, with additional skills in SketchUp being a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in submitting at least 50 planning applications in the UK.
• Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in architectural roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Revit and AutoCAD drawings for planning applications.
• Manage and assist with planning applications from initial brief through to submission.
• Conduct planning research and apply relevant policies to designs.
