Senior Architect Role Overview

Design and deliver data centre projects from masterplanning through to detailed technical stages. Work on both single occupier and co-location schemes, supporting end-users and developers across the UK. Collaborate with internal teams, engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver resilient, secure, and sustainable facilities. Produce robust design documentation and support project delivery on high-value, mission-critical developments.

Senior Architect Requirements

• Proven experience designing and delivering data centre projects or Cleanrooms (essential)
• Strong knowledge of resilience, redundancy, and cooling strategies
• Ability to work across RIBA stages 0-7
• Revit proficiency desirable
• Office based, within commuting distance of either Gratham, Newark or Nottingham

Senior Architect Salary & Package
