A UK educational institution is seeking an individual to support its Business Development Team. The role involves overseeing apprenticeship recruitment, coordinating interviews, and managing applications. Ideal candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, a Level 3 qualification, and the ability to work independently. The position offers a salary ranging from £28,598 to £30,384 per annum.
This role supports the Business Development Team within the Employer Services Department, focusing on apprentice recruitment and selection. You will oversee candidate assessment and selection, ensuring applicants are matched appropriately to vacancies. Working closely with administrators and Business Development Executives, you'll manage applications, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and employers. As the team is largely field-based, you'll need to work independently and communicate effectively via phone and email.
Salary: £28,598 - £30,384 per annum
Hours per week: 37
Weeks per Annum: 52
Working pattern: M7.5, T7.5, W7.5, T7.5, F7
