A technology consultancy is offering an apprenticeship for an Information Communications Technician (Level 3) in Greater London. The role involves providing 1st line support through email, phone, and remote assistance to clients across the UK, Europe, Asia, and the US. Apprentices will gain a qualification in technical support during the course of the 18-month program. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
The apprentice will provide 1st line support via email, phone, and remote support to our client’s base in the UK, Europe, Asia, and the US. You will gain an IT qualification in technical support.
