Job Title: Apprentice Hospitality Supervisor – Tottenham Hotspur Football Stadium

Salary: £29,050 a year

Location: Tottenham Hotspur Football Stadium, Lilywhite House, London, N17 0BX

Reporting to: Head of People Operations – Catering Operations

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contractual requirement: Candidates must be aged 18+

Overview

We are looking for an ambitious apprentice hospitality supervisor to help create exceptional food experiences at Levy on a full‑time basis. No experience is required—full training will be provided as part of the apprenticeship. On completion you will achieve the Hospitality Supervisor L3 qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Premium Operations in coordinating event setup and managing variable teams.
  • Deliver best standards through regular venue walks.
  • Prioritise health, safety, hygiene rules and procedures.
  • Inspire and act as an ambassador for the business to deliver exceptional service to clients and guests.
  • Ensure allergies and specific dietary requirements are a priority when liaising with kitchen and briefing staff accordingly.
  • Maintain key relationships and schedules with internal and external clients.
  • Foster transparent and genuine relationships with co‑workers and the wider Levy UK family.
  • Supervise around 4–5 people on an average day.

  • Experience in hotels, stadium, or event catering environment desirable.
