Busy Bees Burchetts Green, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 84 children and offers ample outdoor space for exploration and play. Our amazing team is dedicated and passionate about their roles as practitioners, ensuring a nurturing environment for all children. We enhance learning experiences with visits to the zoo on the BCA college grounds and work in partnership with the college to provide valuable placements for new practitioners. Conveniently located on the college campus, we also offer free parking for staff, making it easy for educators to access our welcoming facility.
As an Apprentice, you will be working alongside inspiring qualified staff who will support and mentor you whilst completing your apprenticeship. You will attend bespoke Learning & Development courses where you will be provided with underpinning knowledge and skills to support you in everyday practice. A Development Coach will visit you regularly in your nursery, assessing the work you are creating, providing recognition for your progress and vital guidance to support you in the next part of your apprenticeship.
