A UK-based education provider is looking for an Administrative Apprentice to support the Senior Leadership Team. You will manage communications with various stakeholders including the Principal, parents, and external contractors. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, coordinating events, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates should possess GCSE-level qualifications and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The position also offers the opportunity to complete a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
This is a key role within the Academy to work alongside the Senior Administrator and/or Academy Operations Manager (AOM) to provide competent clerical, administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and wider team. The post holder will be primarily responsible for communicating with the Principal, SLT, Parents and Carers, DRET Head Office team and third party suppliers and contractors.
In addition, the successful post holder will be given support and time to complete a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. Early applications are advised.
