A prominent healthcare provider in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an Appointment Scheduler to join their team in the Imaging Directorate. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an appointment scheduler to join the Imaging Directorate, providing a comprehensive, efficient and effective service for the Appointment Scheduling Team. The post will include the scheduling of appointments ensuring that local and national waiting time targets are achieved and to deal with any enquiries, over the phone or face to face, in a courteous and professional manner.
The main duties of the role involve scheduling appointments, communicating to patients and monitoring the waiting list.
