Overview

We are looking for a Support Analyst to join our Support Team. You will answer calls and support tickets relating to clinical systems and will be responsible for ensuring that all Diagnostic and Pharmacy clinical systems are supported. You will be required to assist the Lead Applications Support Analyst with collecting and reporting on performance by providing a quality service to users of the clinical systems.
