Responsibilities

  • Provide third‑line support for tier 1 and other Wholesale systems, including data queries and issue resolution.
  • Manage service tickets, change requests, and service improvements.
  • Analyse current business processes to understand issues and support enhancements.
  • Prioritise and deliver improvements in line with business needs.
  • Collaborate with third‑party vendors and internal teams to deliver system changes.
  • Build positive relationships with partners to understand their needs.
  • Ensure service management standards are met, and systems remain reliable.

Skills

Experience working in an IT environment
Familiarity with web‑based internet systems
Experience in analysing business processes
Solid SQL knowledge
Good Microsoft Office skills
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
